PSGML and ANT XML buildfiles (build.xml)
Kendall: I can point out one thing. The DTD created by antstructure in ant 1.6.5 contains 2 element declarations for target, the last having an EMPTY content model, so it’s broken for use with psgml.

The ant FAQ[1] states it would be for an older version of ant, or somesuch, but works fine here.
