Superior Bedrooms at the Europa Hotel offer the same stylish design and modern décor as our Classic Rooms, but with even more space to relax and recharge.
Situated at the front of the hotel, many of our Superior Rooms provide striking views of Great Victoria Street. Drift off to sleep on a Super King Cloud beds, adorned with high-quality linens and plush pillows for ultimate comfort.
These rooms are equipped with a range of modern amenities, including air conditioning, automated window blinds, and newly refurbished bathrooms featuring refreshed interiors. Each room is thoughtfully designed with elegant bevelled mirrors, trendy brushed brass accents, and a contemporary frosted bathroom door.

Are The Rooms Equipped With Wifi?
Wifi is available throughout the hotel and in all bedrooms. A password is obtainable from reception for Europa Public Wifi. Wifi does not support downloading or higher band width requests.
Do The Rooms Have Air Conditioning?
Yes, all our rooms have air conditioning to ensure your comfort during your stay.
You can enjoy the luxury and comfort of your room even more and order food to your room using our Room Service Menu. Choose from a wide range of dishes with something for every mood and tastes. To order please contact a member of our Food & Beverage team on extension ‘6021’. All room service orders are subject to a £5 tray charge.
Are Pets Allowed In the Rooms?
Pets are not permitted at the Europa Hotel, with the exception of certified assistance animals or with prior permission from the General Manager.

Can I Request A Room With A View?
We have rooms with various views, and our Superior Rooms have city views as they are located at the front of the hotel. Please specify your preference when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Are Accessible Rooms Available?
Yes we have 3 x fully disabled double rooms with full wet room wall mounted seats. We also have 4 x disabled ambulant double rooms which have wet room facilities. Seat in shower is free standing as opposed to wall mounted. For twin room capabilities we have 2 x twin rooms with shower only small lip, grab rails and 1 x twin room with shallow low rise bath and shower overhead and grab rails.
What Are The Check-In And Check-Out Times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged based on availability.
Can I Organise An Early Check-In?
Guaranteed check-in us at 3pm, however we can add an early arrival inventory to your reservation and your room will be prioritised, although this cannot be guaranteed. The only way to truly guarantee is to book the room the day prior. Our concierge will safely store your luggage in the concierge store before check-in and after check-out. * We do not accept any liability for damage or loss to any property whilst left on the property
Can I Organise A Late Check-Out?
This service is subject to availability. A £20 per extra hour fee will be applied to the final bill for any extra hours past the checkout time. If you wish to checkout later than 4pm a full nights charge will be applied.
Can I Request Extra Beds or Cots?
Yes we have cots for children in the hotel but a request must be made prior to ensure sufficient availability.
Do The Rooms Come With A Kettle?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with an electric kettle, along with a selection of tea and coffee. If there is a tea type which is not provided in the room, if a request is made, we can supply.
What Amenities Are Provided In The Bathroom?
Our bathrooms are equipped with complimentary toiletries from our ESPA range, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.
We have 14 x family rooms in total comprising of a super kingsize bed and a single bed. The room can facilitate a 2nd single bed in the room but clients must be advised that space will be restricted and a further supplement will be applied. We have 4 x Suites which have interconnecting guest rooms. The Suites are the only room type which will facilitate an interconnecting rooms.
Is There A Workspace In The Room?
Yes, all rooms come with a designated workspace, including a desk and chair, ideal for business travellers.
How Often Are The Rooms Cleaned?
Rooms are cleaned daily. If you prefer not to be disturbed, please use the "Do Not Disturb" sign provided in your room.
What Should I Do If I Have a Special Request For My Room?
For any special requests, such as specific room preferences or additional amenities, please contact our front desk prior to your arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
