Do existing EvoGov customers get discounts on design refreshes?

YES! We discount website refresh projecs for our customers. In most cases the cost is just over one half of the cost of a new project.

Are your designs custom or do I have to choose a template?

We have heard that other providers force you to choose a template. We do not. We will work with your team to create a website that is unique to your organization and that enforces your own unique brand. To make projects more affordable and to speed up the design process we use pre-built and pre-tested components (ie. calandar widgets, etc.).

I am an EvoGov customer. How much is a refresh?

That depends on whether we are simply refacing the design, or re-working all of the content in the website as well. We have found that a solid refresh project should include enough design and project management time to refresh the home page of every department, and offer them training.

Will you train all of our staff? Is training limited?

Other providers limit training to just a couple of your employees. We include training details in our proposals and agreements to ensure that all of your staff who will manage website content will get the training they need. We also record the training and provide you with a custom video that you can refer to anytime.

Can you help us with ADA compliance?

Yes! We work with all major ADA compliance suites to ensure that your website stays compliant.
