Ted Bundy; Biography of a serial killer is about the life and killings of the widely known and feared Ted Bundy. Throughout Bundy's life he showed signs of the profile for a serial killer but no one was looking for it. Being distant and cold from male figures, dependence completely on women, obsession with love. These kinds of things suggest that he would be a predator for women. Ted Bundy confessed to attacking over 27 women, only five of whom survived. Bundy was convicted only of the murders/attacks on the Chi Omega sorority sisters and the murder of 12-year-old Kimberly Leach. Though he confessed to 24 more murders, he was never put on trial for them. The families of all the other girls know that Ted Bundy killed their daughters, mothers, aunts, and sisters but was never convicted of it, so questions still linger. How many more women and girls were victims of Bundy? That number, he took with him to the grave.
Theodore Robert Cowell was born November 24, 1946 to Louise Cowell, his biological father, Lloyd Marshall, was a Air Force Veteran and Ted never knew him. His mother was not married to Ted's father and in their community that was looked down upon very much. Ted's mother spent last remaining months of her pregnancy at a home for unwed.
