I've been going here for about 8 years now and it never gets old. I've explored every floor and got some of my best photography work here. I did a showcase in the DIA a few years ago called Decadence

We were down for the investment dinner put on by Crain's Detroit on 09/13/17. They light the building up with different colors, very nice.
Despite the hundreds-of-millions of dollars it may take to restore the structure, the economic impact of drawing businesses and people back to the area would last for decades down the road. Read more

A majestic of an abandoned building. Wonder what it will become.
They've started retrofitting it and it's closed to the public, they've bordered up the under the bridge entrance and have commercial security on the worksite.

"break in" to this abandoned building and poke around a bit, but chicken out about exploring the upper floors for fear of who might be squatting there.
One of the greatest urban ruins of all time...just wish they would put together a fund to save it.
Break in by going under the bridge. We walked all the way to the roof. My foursquare pic is me on top of the roof.
