FTC Announces Final “Click-to-Cancel” Rule
After hearing from thousands of consumers, the agency recently announced a final “click-to-cancel” rule that will require sellers to make it as easy for consumers to cancel their enrollment as it was to sign up.

The FTC's Bureau of Economics will host and webcast the Second Federal Trade Commission Conference on Marketing and Public Policy on October 18 starting at 8am ET.
Learn more about the FTC's rules and regulations around purchasing and maintaining a franchise. The public is also invited to submit a comment to the Commission about franchise agreements and franchisor business practices by October 24.
