Python | Numpy np.lagsub() method (original) (raw)

Last Updated : 29 Dec, 2019

**np.lagub()** method is used to subtract one Laguerre series to another.It returns the difference of two Laguerre series c1 - c2.

Syntax : np.lagub(c1, c2) Parameters: **c1, c2 :**[ array_like ] 1-D arrays of Laguerre series coefficients ordered from low to high.Return : [ndarray] Laguerre series coefficients representing their difference.

Code #1 :

Python3 `

Python program explaining

numpy.lagsub() method

importing numpy as np

and numpy.polynomial.laguerre module as geek

import numpy as np import numpy.polynomial.laguerre as geek

Laguerre series coefficients

s1 = (2, 4, 8) s2 = (1, 3, 5)

using np.lagsub() method

res = geek.lagsub(s1, s2)

Resulting laguerre series

print (res)

`

Code #2 :
