Bargate Bridge

Bargate Bridge carries Sibsey Road over the Maud Foster Drain. Built in 1805 by John Rennie, it was widened on the south side during 1972-3 for the Department of the Environment. The widened bridge was opened by the Mayor of Boston, Councillor Norman H.Hughes on 26th April 1973
