Great management agency with really friendly staff. They really have helped us the last couple of years and actually listened to us. after they took over from the previous company to get our block of flats back on track. Would really recommend
We have been super impressed with the speed of response and action taken by GH Property Management since they took over the block management from another agent.They (particularly Tim) have had to get to grips quickly with what did (or mostly did not) get managed by the previous agents. Tim has been conscious of costs for the leaseholders whilst also ensuring the building gets the care it deserves AND in a well communicated and efficient project led manner.Wonderful service and I truly wish all block management companies were the same!

TIM has been so helpful with the numerous questions we had regarding the block In question. All incidents went through Tim and we knew we had over worked him however the delivery was very professional and in timely manner. Never did he complain with the number of issues we were sending him and instead showed enthusiasm to work with us to get some support and solution. Look forward to continue working with Tim going forward.

Great management company who genuinely do a great job. Tim is superb and always gets back to us and keep us updated and helps to navigate and solve issues accordingly. Reactive. Efficient. Honest. Fair.
Shane Porter has provided exceptional support and management of our small complex of apartments. His prompt response to any issues that have arisen, has made my life, as the Director, so much easier. Emails and calls are generally returned within a day and Shane always finds a quick and cost effective way to support the residents. He is personable and a pleasure to deal with.
GH are by far best property management company I've had the good fortune to deal with over the years, they communicate effectively and maintain the property well.Emergency repair works to the roof this year were carried out promptly and effectively (unlike our previous company).In particular I highly commend Jen who is very efficient, organised and a pleasure to deal with.Keep up the good work 🙂
I have been dealing with Emily Blackmore, and she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is easily contactable and responds to emails in a timely manner, with very detailed responses. Her attention to detail is second to none, and you can tell she really cares about the blocks she manages. Over the years I have dealt with quite a few agents, so it was very refreshing to see the attention that goes into her role. I can't recommend GH property management enough, I don't have a bad word to say about them. Keep up the good work!

GH Property Management are an excellent property mgt company, but Tim Hazeldine (GH Property Manager) has been superb, and exceptional, in his customer service, also dealing quickly with, and managing problems around the building. All of the Ketley House residents miss GH, but moreover, we miss Tim's service to us all.
