- The Factory Bar opens at 5pm
- Winter Wonderland in The Great Hall opens at 6:00pm (dinner served at 7pm). Entry via The Great Hall (inside Redfern Avenue carpark).

- Cashless payments accepted
- Dress code is smart

- Half bottle of wine per person
