Commissioner Denice DiCarlo is serving her first term on the Gloucester County Board of Commissioners.

Career

Denice has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications, media and technology industry. Currently Denice is the Vice President of Finance and Accounting in the Comcast Cable Assistant Controllership Organization overseeing International Accounting and Finance, Cable Operations Audit, Product Accounting, and Fixed Asset Accounting. Prior to her current role, Denice served as Vice President in the Comcast Global Audit Team. In this capacity, Denice was responsible for the internal audit function as it relates to NBCUniversal. Denice oversaw assurance and advisory engagements with a specific focus on financial, operational and regulatory processes. She has held several other positions in Comcast finance and accounting including Vice President of Finance and Controller for Comcast Business, Comcast Capital, Comcast Corporate consolidations and external reporting teams and the Sprout channel (Now Universal Kids).

Other Involvements

Passionate about service and giving back to her community, Denice has volunteered on numerous boards. As a resident of West Deptford in New Jersey, Denice first engaged with the community as a member of the West Deptford School Board and later the Township Committee. She served as the Mayor of West Deptford from 2015 to 2021, where she focused on stabilizing the tax rate and facilitating economic development.

Education

Denice graduated from the University of the State of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Personal Life

Her and her Husband John have five children and they currently reside in West Deptford.
