Déjà vu.

A man marries beautiful intellectual raven-haired Ligeia; and they live happily for a time, until she suddenly falls ill and eventually dies, some years later. When he remarrries, some time later, with Lady Rowena of Tremaine, the same thing seems to start happening again.

Not one of my favorites but still good. Whether it's Ligeia, Morella, Berenice, or Eleonora, Poe sure knows how to deliver a good tragic shortie with a beautiful lady and a killer blow at the end. Oh Ligeia!

Déjà vu.

Un hombre se casa con la hermosa intelectual Ligeia de cabello negro azabache; y viven felices por un tiempo, hasta que repentinamente ella enferma y finalmente muere, algunos años después. Cuando se vuelve a casar, algún tiempo después, con Lady Rowena de Tremaine, parece que vuelve a suceder lo mismo.

No es uno de mis favoritos pero igual es bueno. Ya sea Ligeia, Morella, Berenice o Eleonora, Poe sabe cómo entregar un buen corto trágico con una bella dama y un golpe mortal al final. ¡Oh Ligeia!
