This is a review of the resulting story, not the research report which was equally fascinating. For sure the Turing test has been achieved, and with Chain of Thought (CoT) reasoning, it flirts with being conscious.
The story reminded me of some old shorts stories from Asimov, but transported to modern day. I was also reminded of the interaction with HAL in 2001.
Bravo, I look forward to more.
