With so many of having stocked up on black beans, I have received many requests for recipes using black beans… so decided to create a quick round up!

The obvious answer is to incorporate them into something with a Mexican flavor profile, as you know we love all things rice and beans! So I am including some of those…

But there are also lots of ideas with different and fresh, flavor profiles, including a sweet treat!
