H&dM at Milan Design Week 2024 – Herzog & de Meuron (original) (raw)
MILAN, ITALY – H&dM was busy at this year’s Milan Design Week, with H&dM Objects showcasing several new products and concept pieces. Within the Salone del Mobile, ClassiCon debuted the Volkshaus series of chairs and tables (first designed for our Volkshaus Basel project), while Olivari presented the Basel door handles collection. Outside of the Salone, Artemide exhibited the Boltons lamp along with the Outdoor Dreispitz lamp.
In addition, we participated in Capsule Plaza, where we presented all-black special editions of selected Objects at 10 Corso Como. In tandem with the opening of Plaza, the third annual issue of Capsule was released including a feature on H&dM Objects. As part of the Capsule public program, Ascan gave a talk about H&dM Objects in conversation with design curator Damian Fopp at Spazio Maiocchi.
