Gym AAA Fitness is pleased to organize the 5th edition of the Fitness Challenge Championship in Ajman, Mushairef area.
Welcome to the Fitness Challenge Championship! If you are looking for an opportunity to challenge yourself, achieve your health goals, and join a community full of motivation and inspiration, you are in the right place. This championship is designed to encourage competitors of all levels, whether you are a beginner or a professional, to discover their capabilities and push their limits.
The event will feature a series of demanding exercises that challenge both the mind and body.

Challenges
- sprint 50 meter
1-Strength and conditioning:
Push-ups and Normal Squats activate upper and lower body strength, respectively and
set the stage for more explosive movements later.

2-Plyometrics for power:
Jmping Squats and Burpees challenge participants strength and cardiovascular
endurance through explosive, high intensity movements.

3-Functional Movements:
Jump Box Jumps and Hand release burpees push both the strength and power of the
lower body, while improving coordination and agility.

4-Upper Body Focus & Core Engagement:
One-way ground land movement by hands and ground ladder will require strong core
stabilization and upper body endurance.

5-End with full body strength:
Wall balls target full body strength and conditioning, ensuring a solid workout finish.

6-Finishing with balance and stability:
Back lunges provide a strong end to the circuit, improving leg strength and balance after
the high intensity exercises.
Tips for Judges and Participants:
Judge Guidance: Each participant should be escorted by a judge who can count the
repetitions, ensure proper form and provide guidance as needed.
Form checking: Ensure that participants perform each exercise with proper form to
prevent injury, especially during high intensity movements.
Time Management: Each participant will complete each exercise and be escorted to the
next station immediately, ensuring fluid transitions
Program time event:
Open registration: 6:30AM
Close registration: 7:30 AM
Start : 8 AM
Finish : 11:00 AM
Awards ceremony : 11:30 AM
Event ends : 12:15 PM
