[↑] The first (and most obvious) detail borrowed was the slab serif.

[↑] Next, we adopted the vertical stroke and right angle of the interior counters, which contrast nicely against the rounded curves of the exterior stroke.

[↑] And the third detail was the point
at the intersection of the ”M.” It’s
a small—but important—characteristic
of the Plex design.
