The Trump administration on March 27 announced it was attempting to remove union rights for hundreds of thousands of federal workers.

The gate and shed at Hanwha Philly Shipyard on the site of the former Philadelphia Naval Base. The company's Korea-based owners want to expand its space so its workforce can build and maintain more ships, including U.S. Navy drones and other craft.
