**World Nordic Walking Day theme for 2024:**As you know, the annual INWA World Nordic Walking Day is next month on May 18th and 19th. Every year it is challenging to find a good topic and for 2024 the topic will be:

Rejuvenate the Nordic Way Nordic walking is like hitting the reset button on a stressful day. Instead of getting bogged down by bad news and endless scrolling on your phone, you get outside and move your body in a natural setting. The simple act of walking with specially designed poles helps you clear your head and shake off the day’s worries. As you take each step, you breathe in the fresh air and listen to the sounds of nature around you. It’s a peaceful escape from the chaos of everyday life, and it leaves you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle whatever comes next.

We all know that we spend too much time on our phones. So, this is a message that many people around the world will be able to relate to. And we all know that we feel better at the end of a Nordic Walk.
