Coaching Fundamentals is a 3-day immersive training that introduces you to coaching and serves as Module I of the full Coach Training Program. It provides you with a solid foundation in coaching skills, principles, and techniques and allows you to build confidence through hands-on practice with peers. It's an excellent starting point for anyone wanting to explore coaching.

The Coach Training Program, on the other hand, is a more comprehensive, in-depth journey that builds on the skills you learn in Coaching Fundamentals. It’s designed to take you further, offering a curriculum that includes advanced coaching methodologies and the tools needed to work with clients at a higher level. The full program culminates in earning two certifications: your Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification and your Energy Leadership Index® Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification.

Essentially, Coaching Fundamentals is the first module of the full program, so if you decide to continue, you’ll already have a strong foundation in place! The best part? The cost of Coaching Fundamentals ($1,995 USD) will be applied toward the total cost of the full program ($9,995 USD), which means you'll only pay the difference of $8,000 USD to continue your coach training journey when you're ready.

Our Coach Training Program (CTP) curriculum is fully aligned with the ICF Core Competencies and is accredited as a Level 2 organization by the ICF. Completing CTP and earning your Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation provides you with 160 accredited training hours, which is everything you need to apply for your ACC or PCC credential through the ICF. If you choose to complete COR.E® Dynamics, an iPEC graduate course included in your tuition, you will have earned 200 accredited training hours, which satisfies the training hours requirement for your MCC credential through the ICF.

While the Coach Training Program equips you with a broad range of coaching skills to work with anyone, on any topic, at any time, COR.E® Dynamics offers advanced training in one of four specialized tracks—Life Coaching, Executive and Leadership Development Coaching, Health and Wellness Coaching, and Sports and Performance Coaching. To enroll in COR.E® Dynamics, you must first complete the Coach Training Program and earn your Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification. This program culminates in earning your COR.E® Dynamics Specialist certification.

Some coaches complete COR.E® Dynamics in about 30 days, while others take time to integrate the learning every step of the way and find that 3-4 months is a more comfortable pace. You get to choose what's right for you!

Coaching Fundamentals

Coaching Fundamentals is a 3-day in-person or online training that introduces you to the basics of coaching. Though it’s only three days, it’s packed with interactive learning, hands-on practice, and real-time coaching opportunities. You’ll get to refine your skills through peer coaching exercises, interactive activities, coaching demos, and more, allowing you to immediately apply what you’ve learned and build confidence as you go.

The Coach Training Program (CTP)

CTP is a comprehensive 7-10 month journey designed to give you everything you need to become a highly skilled, confident coach. It’s centered around three live, 3-day modules (available both in-person and virtually) spaced three months apart. The first of these modules is Coaching Fundamentals, which sets the foundation for your entire coaching career.

Each module is 30 hours of live class instruction over a 3-day period and has a different focus and distinct learning objectives; together, they create a thorough, immersive experience that gives you everything you need to confidently coach anyone, on anything, at any time.

In between each live training module, you’ll continue engaging with the material and reinforce what you’re learning by:

After completing Module III and any remaining coursework, you’ll submit your final exams and earn two certifications: Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index® Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).

While the ELI-MP certification is optional, it’s required if you wish to utilize the Energy Leadership Index® assessment with your clients. The CPC certification is optional as well, but is required if you wish to continue into the COR.E® Dynamics program.

COR.E® Dynamics

COR.E® Dynamics is an advanced graduate-level training available only after you’ve completed the Coach Training Program and earned your Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification. It’s designed for coaches who want to deepen their expertise in a specialized niche.

The program consists of 40 hours of on-demand, niche-specific training videos, allowing you to learn at your own pace and on your own schedule. In addition to the self-paced videos, you'll participate in live monthly webinars, where you’ll dive deeper into the material, engage with expert Lead Trainers, and connect with fellow coaches.

Yes, there is a required order for completing these programs.

First, you’ll need to complete Coaching Fundamentals, either as a standalone program or as part of the full Coach Training Program. After that, you’ll move on to the Coach Training Program, which provides you with two essential certifications: Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index® Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).

While the ELI-MP certification is optional, it’s required if you wish to become certified in the Energy Leadership Index® assessment. The CPC certification is optional as well, but is required to continue to COR.E® Dynamics.
