Distinguished Lectures on Quantum Crystallography and Complementary Fields (original) (raw)
The next two online lectures in the monthly series of Distinguished Lectures on Quantum Crystallography and Complementary Fields will be presented on Thursday 29 February 2024 at 16:00 CET. Register here to attend.
Lecture 36: Julia Contreras-Garcia (Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris, France): "Constructing New Models to Predict Superconductivity from the Electron Density and Localization"
Lecture 37: Eva Zurek (University at Buffalo, State University of New York, USA): "Theoretical Design of Light-Element Superconductors"
The lectures are free and open to everyone. Each lecture is expected to last around 35 min with up to 15 min for Q&A.
These lectures are organised under the auspices of the IUCr Commission on Quantum Crystallography and the European Crystallographic Association SIG 2 on Quantum Crystallography with support from the Department of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw (Poland) and the Crystallography Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
