Riga Transport Survivors

Background

The survival rate for Jews deported to Riga was very small. However, in 1944 some were sent to Stutthof, while a smaller number was sent direct to Germany. This list consists of 168 Jewish men and women, mostly of German origin, who were sent from Riga to Hamburg and then on to Kiel. At the end of the war they were sent to Sweden. Their ultimate destination/s are not known.

The information consists of names, including maiden names and dates and places of birth.
