Iran fired several waves of ballistic missiles toward central and northern Israel throughout Tuesday, and, according to a daily summary by emergency medical response service Magen David Adom, a total of 33 people were injured throughout the day.
According to the summary, 31 of those were only lightly hurt, and two were in moderate condition. Further, shrapnel reportedly fell at several locations.
At another location in the Beit Shemesh vicinity, a missile crashed in an open area, and while no one was hurt in the incident, the city's municipality confirmed that firefighters subsequently responded to a small blaze at the site. Additionally, shrapnel was reported to have landed in the city.
Separately, in the Menashe region, minor structural damage was reported, and, in another location, Coast Guard and bomb squad officers responded to several sites where shrapnel from missile interceptions fell. Minor property damage also resulted from those falls.

Despite the minor damage, the majority of the Iranian missiles fired throughout the day were intercepted by air defenses.

Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC)-affiliated news agency Tasnim also reported that the regime had attempted to target oil and gas refineries in Haifa in retaliation for Israeli strikes on Iranian oil depots.
As sirens sounded, an Israel Air Force refueling plane was spotted taking off at Ben-Gurion Airport.
