The Kia XCeed’s eye-catching rear design with its low angle, sporty dimensions and distinctive rear bumper has been refined with a new diffuser featuring a glossy black skid plate, along with a new more subtle exhaust that rounds off the car’s sporty aesthetic.

Smart Power Tailgate technology makes it easy to load your bags and belongings even when you have your hands full. The boot lid opens automatically when you approach the rear of the car with the key in your pocket or bag. Plus, the back seats split and fold in a 40:20:40 configuration to boost the boot’s capacity to up to 1,378 litres. Available on the GT-Line S only.

Strikingly bold with updated dark-satin chrome air curtains, a revamped bumper and the GT-line’s new larger 18” alloy wheel design elevate the sporty aesthetic even further.

With the Kia Connect App 2 accessibility to your car has never been simpler. Use your smartphone to sync travel plans to your navigation system, track current location, access diagnostic reports or schedule home charging. It also gives you access to Kia Connect Live Services 3 with information about the weather, traffic and more on the 10.25" display.

The wide high-definition touchscreen is easy on the eyes and fingers. Split it to use up to three apps e.g. map, weather and music. Bluetooth® multi-connection lets occupants connect two mobile devices at once, as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto 5.

Enjoy an exceptional listening experience on every journey. The new Kia XCeed JBL Premium Sound System features 8 speakers and advanced Clari-Fi™ music restoration 10 technology, and enhances MP3 quality for a deep and authentic sound throughout your car. Available on the GT-Line S only.

No need for cables. Just put your Qi-compatible smartphone on the pad and it will start charging your battery12. And for all those with a charging cable to hand, the new XCeed now has type C fast-charging USB ports (1 at the front, 1 at the rear). Available on the GT-Line S only.

Our cutting-edge selection of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) make the road safer and more relaxing. With less stress and hassle, you can truly enjoy the drive in your all-new Kia XCeed.

Highway Driving Assist (HDA) helps your XCeed maintain a safe distance to the vehicle ahead and keeps it centred in your lane. At the same time, it controls steering, acceleration and deceleration, while the Curve function (NSCC-C) uses navigation data to recognise an upcoming curve on the road. When approaching the curve, the system automatically reduces the cruising speed, then resumes your pre-set speed. Available only the GT-Line S DCT model.

SCC maintains the speed specified by you, the driver, and computes the relative position and speed of the vehicle ahead using its front-view camera and radar. The system controls acceleration and deceleration to make sure your Kia XCeed stops when the other vehicle ahead halts. And when it starts moving again, you will be able to too, by pressing the accelerator pedal or the cruise control button on the steering wheel. Available on DCT models only.

The Lane Following Assist (LFA) 11 system uses the windshield camera to monitor lane markings or the leading vehicle to make sure your XCeed stays centred in your lane. Available in all models with an MT and DCT gearbox.

The Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA) system uses its windshield camera and rear corner radars to monitor the relative position and speed of other vehicles to the side or in your blind-spot zone. If it identifies a potential collision, the system will activate visual and audible alarms, and may even automatically intervene to keep you in your current lane and avoid danger. Available in the GT-Line S only.

When reversing out of a parking space or driveway, the radar-based Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA) system warns you with visual and audible alarms about any approaching traffic potentially crossing your path – and engages to avoid a potential collision when necessary. Available on the GT-Line S only.

This system notices if you’re losing concentration by monitoring the pattern of the steering wheel, acceleration and overall length of your journey. If your attention level seems low, it alerts you both visually and audibly. DAW+ also features a leading vehicle departure warning system that will alert you too if, for example, in traffic, the car in front of you drives away and you don’t move. Very smart.

Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) with pedestrian warning 7 uses radar and camera inputs to warn of pedestrians, cyclists and cars in your path. It gives you warning signals and automatically brakes if you don't react, helping to prevent or mitigate an accident.

The Intelligent front lighting system senses the vehicles around your car and automatically controls the high beam function to provide the best possible visibility – crucially, without blinding other road users.

(1) 7 Year Warranty

Kia high voltage lithium ion battery-units in electric vehicles (EV), hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV) are built to have a long life. These batteries are covered by the KIA warranty for a period of 7 years from initial registration or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. For low voltage batteries (48V and 12V) in mild-hybrid electric vehicles (MHEV), the Kia warranty covers a period of 2 years from initial registration regardless of mileage. For EVs and PHEVs only, Kia guarantees a 70% capacity of the battery. Capacity reduction of the battery in HEV and MHEV is not covered by the warranty. To minimize possible capacity reduction, consult the owner's manual. Kia warranty covers a period of 7 years from initial registration or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. (2) Kia Connect Services

The services are available free of charge for a period of seven years commencing on the day the vehicle is sold to the first owner of the vehicle, i.e. the point in time the initial purchase agreement becomes effective, and may be subject to change during that period. Details of operation and terms of use can be obtained on your vehicle’s head unit. Available On-Board Services might differ depending on your country. Smartphone with data plan required to activate Kia Connect Live Services services in countries and models without embedded telematics.

(3) Kia Connect On-Board Services

Information and control service for your Kia from your smartphone; the Services are available free of charge for a period of seven years commencing on the day the vehicle is sold to the first owner of the vehicle, i.e. the point in time the initial purchase agreement becomes effective, and may be subject to change during that period. Details of operation and terms of use can be obtained on your Kia Connect App. Smartphone with iOS or Android operating system and mobile phone contract with data option necessary incurring additional cost.

(4) Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™

The Kia XCeed is compatible with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™. Android Auto™ is designed to work with Android phones running 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher. Apple CarPlay™ is available for iPhone 5 or newer models. Both systems feature voice control and allow the driver to keep their hands on the wheel and eyes on the road ahead at all times. Apple CarPlay™ is a trademark of Apple Inc. Android Auto™ and other marks are trademarks of Google Inc.

(5) Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist

Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) is an assistance system and does not relieve the driver from their responsibility to safely operate the vehicle at any time. The driver still has to adapt their driving behaviour to their personal driving capabilities, to the legal requirements and to the overall road and traffic conditions. FCA is not designed to drive the vehicle autonomously. For further information, please refer to the owner’s manual.

(6) Clari-Fi™ technology

JBL® sound system comes with Clari-Fi™ technology. Digital information gets lost when compressing files into MP3. Clari-Fi™ technology helps to correct the lost high/low music tones and improves the music quality level.

(7) Lane Following Assist

Lane Following Assist (LFA) is available only for models with a DCT gearbox.

(8) Wireless Phone Charging System

Wireless charging compatible with phones featuring Qi technology or adapter.

(9) Kia Connect Services are provided by Kia Connect GmbH, registered under the registration number HRB 112541, Theodor-Heuss-Allee 11, 60486 Frankfurt am Main.

(2) Over-the-Air updates
For new vehicles sold from May 2021, Kia offers, per vehicle, two free-of-charge updates of the maps in the vehicle’s navigation system and of the Head Unit software using the so-called “over-the-air” method (“OTA Updates”). Once the two free-of-charge OTA Updates have been consumed, you will be able to get updates of the maps in the vehicle’s navigation system and of the Head Unit software only (i) by accessing the following web page https://update.kia.com/EU/E1/Main or (ii) at a dealership.
