Mishka Danielle Muthen - Masters in Medical Sciences (MMedSci) student. My current research focus is in the field of human genomics, more specifically Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) genes. My research interests include epigenetic regulation as well as viral genomics.

Dr. Veron Ramsuran - My work focus on host factors associating with HIV disease, with special interest on the Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) genes. I am also very interested epigenetics techniques such as CRISPR and DNA methylation.

Dr. Filipe Rego - Completed his PhD in 2014. Current a researcher at Bahian School of Medicine.

Lavanya Singh - Completed her MSc (Cum Laude) in 2014.

Saiyuri Singh - Masters student. I have interests in Virology, host genetics and immunology. My current work involves identifying transcription factors that regulate HLA-A gene expression in order to form therapies against HIV. I also have an interest in laboratory techniques such as CRISPR and ChIP sequencing.
