Complaint against Kulluna Irada dismissed by Court of Cassation prosecutor over lack of legal basis

The Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Cassation has dismissed a complaint filed against Kulluna Irada, concluding that it lacked validity and legal basis, following investigations conducted under the supervision of the Public Prosecutor.

The complaint had included a series of accusations made during what the organization described as a coordinated campaign against it over the past year. These allegations included claims that the group exceeded its legal mandate, engaged in unlawful activities, committed money laundering, and harmed the national economy.

According to the statement, the investigations found no evidence supporting any of the accusations.

Kulluna Irada said the judicial decision confirmed the organization’s compliance with Lebanese laws and regulations and brought an end to what it described as false allegations and rumors targeting both the group and its members.

The organization also reaffirmed its respect for the Lebanese judiciary and renewed its commitment to pursuing what it called the establishment of a modern Lebanese republic based on sovereignty, transparency, and the rule of law.
