How many emails can I store?
The storage relates to the disk space used, rather than the number of emails. A basic email that is just text will usually be around 0.1MB, whereas one with images or attachments could be several MB in size. There are 1024MB per GB, and the plans offer 5GB, 10GB and 20GB of storage. In short, you can store a lot of emails!
How easy is it to upgrade from Starter or Professional?
It couldn’t be easier! If you find yourself running out of storage space or needing more mailboxes, you can seamlessly upgrade to Enterprise at any time without affecting your existing email service.
Can I migrate my email service from another provider?
We’re happy to offer any assistance we can with moving your existing email addresses over to us. If you get in touch with our team we’ll let you know what the process is and whether there are any costs involved.
Do I need my own domain name?
Our Email Hosting allows you to send and receive emails using your own personalised domain name. A domain is your online brand identity – having one based around the name of your business will create a professional image and help to boost your reputation. If you don’t currently have a domain name, our friendly team can help you find an available one that suits your purposes.
