- In response to the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, American Express is committing over $5 million in funding towards relief efforts through our partnership with Hilton, our Foundation support to organizations providing relief efforts, contributions from Resy and Tock to World Central Kitchen, and our contribution to Feeding America and the California Fire Foundation as part of The American Express Golf Tournament. - As the devastating impact of the Los Angeles wildfires continues to unfold, American Express is joining Hilton to make 20,000 hotel room nights available at no charge to impacted people and first responders across the greater Los Angeles area. Hilton and American Express have a long history of working together to provide accommodation to individuals and families when they need it most. Over the last five years, the companies have worked together to offer more than two million rooms to individuals, families and first responders affected by disasters. “During this time of extreme need, we are, once again, partnering with Hilton to provide shelter to those displaced from their homes, as well as the courageous first responders who are relentlessly battling these ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles County," said Stephen J. They hope to use the grant funding to replace revenue lost in the wake of Hurricane Helene.
