Justin is an accomplished Inspection Specialist with 26 years of experience, including 17 years in supervisory positions within the petrochemical, oil, and gas sectors. He brings extensive expertise in the inspection of process equipment, pressure vessels, piping systems, and storage tanks, adhering to API 510, 570, and 653 standards. Justin possesses extensive knowledge of damage mechanisms and advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques. Justin has successfully led numerous initiatives throughout his career focusing on turn-key solution offerings for special emphasis inspection programs. These programs include Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI/CUF), Buried Piping, Soil-to-Air Interfaces (STA), Corrosion Under Pipe Supports (CUPS), and In-Line Inspections (ILI). He has a proven track record of implementing new technology such as Remote Digital Video Inspections (RDVI), robotics, and aerial drones to enhance inspection accuracy and efficiency. Justin is an expert in operational excellence of standardizing field executions to optimize safety, quality, and productivity in complex inspection operations. He is skilled in effectively collaborating with Operations and Project Team Leads on critical inspections and repair strategies. Experienced in managing and reporting inspection findings across multiple projects, Justin provides clear and timely repair recommendations to stakeholders.
