Earlier this week, Ares was named to Forbes’ inaugural list of America’s Best Companies. Below, Ares’ Global Head of HR Jessica Dosen shares more on our performance across the key metrics that helped Ares place in the 97th percentile of eligible companies.

Ares Industrial Management, AIM, is proud to share our 2024 results from GRESB, a mission-driven organization that provides actionable and transparent environmental, social and governance data to financial markets. Based on GRESB’s review, AIM’s open-end strategy outperformed peer averages, placing third among 29 direct peers and seventh among 92 participants in the broader all Industrial Americas group. Within the development module, we achieved a four-star rating and tripled our utility data coverage year-over-year across the categories of energy, GHG, water and waste, largely due to tenant engagement efforts that build on our commitment to environmental efficiencies and improve performance across our assets. Last week, Ares was recognized across three categories at the Alternative Credit Awards 2024. We were named Fund Manager of the Year, Ares Senior Direct Lending III won Fund of the Year ($1bn+) and Ares Pathfinder Fund II earned Innovative Fund of the Year ($1bn+). These recognitions are a testament to the Ares' global credit platform and we are proud of our team for continuing to demonstrate our leadership in the industry. This year marks the 20th anniversary of Ares Capital Corporation, $ARCC, the longstanding vehicle for Ares’ U.S. Direct Lending strategy. The team recently gathered at Nasdaq to celebrate two decades of growth as the largest publicly-traded BDC by market cap. Thanks to our more than 480K investors, lenders and partners for their support over the years and cheers to continued success in the years to come!
