Artemis Real Estate Partners was co-founded by Deborah Harmon and Penny Pritzker in 2009 and is a majority women-owned, U.S. commercial real estate investment management firm. Artemis is headquartered in metropolitan Washington, DC with offices in New York, Atlanta and Los Angeles. Artemis seeks to invest with best-in-class local operating partners, both established and emerging, in U.S. commercial real estate including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hospitality, self-storage, medical office, and senior housing. Artemis has raised over $10 billion of investor equity capital in four primary business lines: our value add fund series, commingled funds and separate account vehicles with an emerging and diverse operating partner overlay, a dedicated healthcare platform, and debt vehicles.

- The onset of autumn means it's time for our Fall Service Days here at Artemis. From our DC office working with longtime partners Horton's Kids, Inc. to assemble care kits to our NYC colleagues tutoring Bronx Lacrosse students at math to our LA team putting together food boxes with the Westside Food Bank, we were out in full force. To our partners who do this important work day in and day out, thank you for hosting us! And to everyone on our team, we love your commitment and energy and we'll see you next time!

- When we launched our Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) years ago, we intended it to be a launchpad for young talent interested in joining the Real Estate industry. The success of this program exceeded our expectations! This year, for the first time, we invited our SEP alumni to gather in NYC, reconnect with each other, and share their stories with us at a meet up - and we were so excited to see almost every year of the program represented on the guest list. We look forward to hosting many more alumni events across several cities to strengthen our community and continue propelling our industry forward. - We are excited to welcome Pamela Yu as Senior Vice President on the Capital Raise & Investor Relations Team based in our New York City office. Prior to joining Artemis Real Estate Partners, she was on the Investor Relations team at Rockpoint for over 9 years focused on fundraising, investor servicing, and new business development initiatives.
