Retail ready: Ultimate BFCM Strategy & Preparation thisisnovos.com - Earlier this month, Attentive team members and leadership team spent two days at our annual Luminaries Retreat alongside our incredible Customer Advisory Board. Together, we walked through the current and future state of Attentive’s capabilities and collected invaluable ideas and feedback from CAB members. This feedback will help us continue to make Attentive the absolute best platform for SMS and email marketing as we work to revolutionize the entire shopping experience with the help of our suite of AI tools. A few big themes we heard from our CAB about how Attentive already drives value for them every day: → Customers are excited about AI for email and see it as a difference maker for their email programs. They caught up with him about how Attentive is taking our AI solutions on a world tour 🌎 Customers like Claire's have seen a big lift since implementing Attentive AI–like measurable revenue growth and improved customer experiences thanks to AI Pro. Attentive also played a part in helping Claire's expand their SMS programs beyond the U.S., launching across the UK, France, and Ireland.
