What an amazing weekend at Electrify Expo, North America's largest electric vehicle festival, at the iconic Circuit of The Americas! ⚡️🚗 ⚡️ Our team had a blast connecting with attendees, sharing the latest in EV technology, and handing out swag 🙌💚 We loved seeing so many people excited about the Austin Energy rebates and programs available to help them make the switch to electric. We saw plenty of folks take the wheel of the latest electric cars, trucks, and bikes on the world-famous F1 track. The speed and power of EVs is next-level! 🚗💨 The new Kid’s Thrill Zone and interactive experiences made it a fun weekend for the whole family. 🎉 Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made this event so special! ❤️ Austin Energy has been a leader in electric mobility and promoting sustainability for almost 20 years. After three weeks of rigorous training, seven Distribution Electrician Helpers graduated from Austin Energy’s Climbing School today. The event marks the official start of a four-year apprenticeship, where each apprentice is assigned to a crew and will continue learning in the field before becoming Journey-level lineworkers. 🎉 Huge thanks to Norman-Sims Elementary for including us in this year’s Fall Fest Trunk-or-Treat! 🍂 Our School Outreach team, along with our amazing crew from St. Elmo, brought out one of our bucket trucks to join in the fun. We loved handing out candy, hard hats, flashlight reflectors and sharing safety tips to all the kids and families! 🍬🍫🍭🔦 Wishing everyone a spooky and safe Halloween from all of us at Austin Energy! 🎃
