We'd like to thank our BarkleyOKRP BLAC Interns for their dedication, enthusiasm, and willingness to jump into any project this summer (left) is an entrepreneurial production, art direction, and design powerhouse. And Elias Tate, fresh from The One School US, Chicago Cohort, rocked art direction and design with his unique flair. BLAC is a 12-week, paid internship for creative thinkers at ad agencies nationwide. Interns dive into shared experiences, resources, and projects, building a network of peers and leaders who'll have their backs for life. We're champions for a more diverse and inclusive advertising industry, and we aim to inspire — and be inspired by — a new generation of Black talent.
