Five years ago, Levi joined us from the world of home remodeling and general construction and quickly found his place in our Special Projects division. He brought with him a strong work ethic and optimistic attitude that stand out—especially in this industry, where mindset sets the tone for the day’s work ahead. As one of our foremen, Levi’s known as a true team player, always ready to tackle any task without hesitation or complaint. Every day, he drives up from Maryland, showing his dedication to pushing our jobs forward. We’re proud of how far he’s come in those 5 years, and feel grateful to have him on our team. Jack hit three years with us this week, and his journey from laborer to foreman says a lot about his drive to grow. He came in ready to learn and make progress in his career, and today, he’s the kind of leader who looks out for his guys and takes real pride in the work they put forward together. More specifically, Jack’s dedication over the last three years was pivotal on our biggest project yet—Longwood Reimagined—where he learned firsthand the importance of teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability, gaining the kind of experience that takes most foremen decades to achieve.
