- #TransparencyTuesdayAnd we’re BACK!!! Interestingly enough, I’d planned on this post being about honing in on a goal for our personal missions, and releasing something that no longer serves us. And then my voice goes out. Like…..out, out. NO singing. NO talking. ZIP. (Funny. Really funny, Sky Daddy! Let it never be said you don’t have a sense of humor, lol.) When one’s voice goes out, right before one is returning to work, and one talks for an actual living, let’s just say it can throw one off a bit. One is me. I was thrown off for a bit. BIG TIME! After all, we’d been on a modified sabbatical. It couldn’t have gone out then? 🤣🤦🏾♀️😩🙄😒 And then, as I was airing my grievances in multiple non-verbal RKKKRRFFRRRKKRRR’s, I was reminded about what was laid on my heart to post. This year, as I brace for the big 5-0, authentic flow and alignment is what I am fiercely living. To accept the curves as they come, remembering the curves in no way change the mission: Radical love and acceptance of myself and my fellow man. Period. And right now, my body is obviously telling me to rest. I am releasing the need for control, with love, and in so doing, I put the last minute call out there to our BWDH Coaches to see who could take the reins tonight. Our Financial Healing Ambassador Lea, and our Re-Entry Ambassador Queen Diamond answered the call. I breathed. Released the rising tension in my body, and was reminded when I lean into flow, all things happen as they should. #asheThus, I am extremely grateful and excited these amazing Coaches will kick us off for our first Transparency Tuesday of the year. Honoring that someone needs to hear what they have to say TUHDAY! And that’s ok! (A special thanks to both Coaches and to our Board Member, Marquies for being willing to support!) Releasing the need for control. Leaning into authentic flow and alignment. What about you, Sis? What are you releasing that no longer serves you? What are you embracing? Come hang out with us tonight and let’s discuss as we endeavor to #gobeher(I will be looking forward to seeing you in the chat cheering my Sistahs on!) Peace and blessings, Coach Cassie J #blackwomendoheal #recoveryispossible #recoverycoach #slidellrecoverycoach #BWDH
