The BlueConic Suite consists of a set of interoperable solutions including the BlueConic CDP, Clean Rooms, and Experiences powered by Jebbit. There's a saying that it takes 10 years to become an overnight success. By that logic, as I recognize my 10th BlueConic anniversary, I guess my breakthrough is imminent?! A whole decade - I can't even believe it 🤯 So much has happened, personally and professionally, over that time and in reflecting on what I've learned, a few things stand out. 1. People are the whole story. My fellow BlueCrew, former and current; our customers and partners; and other people who have been in and out of this journey with me - nothing has been more important over the last decade than the people who I've had the chance to know along the way. 2. Hard work is hard work. There have been ups, downs, step backs, recoveries, and crashes. The periods of flow or feeling like I am on solid ground have been astoundingly brief and few and far between. I don't say that as a flex nor is it necessarily a bad thing. Just the truth of it for me. 3. Enthusiasm makes up for a lot of deficiencies. Credit to Barack Obama for that one but a sentence that so perfectly describes what I've felt. I've never done the same job twice (read: I'm rarely the most qualified) and almost everyone knows more than I do about almost everything. But I bring a ton of energy to learning, problem-solving, and finding the way forward and that has served me really well. It's been an honor and privilege 💙 Let's see what lies ahead 🚀 -
