We’re still feeling the good vibes from a December filled with giving back to the communities where we live and work. Our Wood Products team got into the holiday spirit with a friendly competition to benefit Operation Santa in Kettle Falls, WA. Together, our Kettle Falls Plywood team and Region office associates collected 229 toys for children in need. They also donated $1,000 in toys. Boise Cascade teamed up with Habitat for Humanity for the Avenues for Hope Challenge, a giving campaign that enhances housing opportunities for low-income Idahoans. Our team donated $2,500 and built a wheelchair ramp with the help of our awesome associates. The wheelchair ramp supported a local resident, so they can safely navigate their home with a mobility scooter.
