- A great review of Medium Rare, our latest restaurant to open at Arsenal Yards, by Boston Globe Media: 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼: Medium Rare restaurant in Watertown’s lively Arsenal Yards, part of an expanding chain that offers only steak frites in a prix fixe menu (unless you’re vegetarian or vegan, in which case you get a grilled portobello mushroom). 𝗪𝗵𝘆: Small and large chains keep opening at the Arsenal. It’s a busy place where once very little was happening. The new restaurant makes ordering a breeze. You’re getting steak, French fries, salad, and bread ($34.95). You only need to decide how you want your meat cooked. Watching this fast-casual model in action is fascinating: Every diner at every table in an 80+ seat space is getting the same thing. Think of Medium Rare as a kind of J. Crew for dining spots: stylish, affordable, and extremely appealing.

This morning’s Regional Real Estate Forum at Mount Ida Campus of UMass Amherst presented by Rockland Trust brought together municipal leaders, real estate professionals and individuals who work/live throughout our communities. Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation President, Douglas Howgate kicked off the morning with a presentation filled with data outlining Massachusetts’ competitive index. Then, we welcomed a panel of young professionals to speak to personal experiences, particularly around housing opportunities. The morning closed with a conversation between planning directors in Watertown, Newton, Needham and Wellesley – around ways we can work together to help our businesses and our communities thrive. - We always look forward to MassBio's Annual Report and Life Science Industry Snapshot. This year, Watertown is the top life science cluster by company density, outside of Boston and Cambridge. What's more, an unprecedented 65% of the state’s VC funding was invested in companies located outside of Cambridge, with Watertown only behind Boston and Waltham. 2024 Industry Snapshot - MassBio https://www.massbio.org - We loved celebrating the holiday season & Giving Tuesday last night as students from the ACE Mentor Program Greater Boston flipped the switch to light up the Prudential Center Boston. Each night in December, the Pru lights up in honor of 31 charities and holidays and it was a special moment to see ACE's mix of teal, purple, and gold in support of helping high school students pursue careers in architecture, engineering, and construction!

We are thrilled to announce that 525 LINC has been named a Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA) Communities of Excellence Award Finalist. 525 LINC is celebrated as a New Construction Community of the Year and recognized for its excellence in property management and service to its residents and community. 525 LINC opened its doors in January 2024 as a new co-living community in Allston, with fully furnished apartments, bi-weekly cleaning, all utilities, streaming service and even room-mate matching.
