We are Boyne Capital, a Florida-based private equity firm focused on investments in lower middle market companies. Founded over a decade ago, we have invested hundreds of millions of capital in dozens of companies in this space. We’re also a lot more than this. We take a different approach to investing. A more human approach. One that forges lasting and collaborative relationships with companies whose founders and families are still deeply involved in growing their businesses. One that doesn’t mind seeing things from the ground level. And one that ensures the goals we set for growth are realistic and achievable. It is this care and commitment to being hands-on, selective, diligent and patient that has led to our successfully investing in a broad range of industries, including healthcare services, agriculture, consumer products, niche manufacturing, and business & financial services among others. Because ultimately, we at Boyne are more than just investors, we are value cultivators.
