To celebrate #HispanicHeritageMonth, the Unidos at Bridge invited team members to participate in the second year of the Language Exchange Program. The program pairs Bridge colleagues who speak Spanish or Portuguese with those wanting to learn. The pairs meet once a week for six weeks, often continuing the mentorship after the program ends. "The Language Exchange Program gives me the opportunity to meet not only my Latina instructor, but also connect with other coworkers of different cultures. We get together with the simple single-minded purpose of learning basic Spanish so we can embrace those in our company, our community, and our nation who speak Spanish as their native tongue,” William Francis, MPA, Associate, Paralegal.
