Congratulations Cody Ploss!!! and thank you IREM San Diego for recognizing the hard work, dedication, and passion for Property Management that Cody has. It's been a while since my last post, but this was absolutely needed. I had the pleasure of celebrating a great friend and colleauge while attending IREM San Diego's Legal & Legislative Luncheon yesterday. Since I met Cody April 1st 2021, both of our 1st days working for Bridge Property Management, he has shown an unwaivering dedication to his commitments, his team, and to continious improvement. It has been amazing to see Cody progress from working part-time as a leasing agent to now successfully managing a 277-unit property. Looking forward to another great year working with him and the rest of my amazing team.
We are excited to welcome and congratulate Christina Rau, C. as our newest Regional Manager in Phoenix, Arizona! Christina brings close to thirty years of experience in our industry with extensive experience in everything from Class A to Value Add to New Development. Christina has completed acquisitions and dispositions across six states with Wasatch Property Management, Simpson Housing, and most recently, Asset Living. She considers herself a passionate coach and motivational leader while sucessfully cultivating strong relationships with her team members, vendors and clients. Ashley has been active in the Multifamily Industry since 2004, originally starting with Equity Residential in Nashville, TN. She started in leasing and quickly moved into management roles. She has overseen the operations of various product types, asset classes, and sizes within a wide range of markets. She joined the Bridge Property Management team six years ago as a Regional Manager based in Nashville, TN overseeing the Tennessee, Illinois, Minnesota, and Missouri markets. She has been the recipient of several awards during her time with Bridge Property Management, including the Bridge Award. She has worked through many acquisitions, dispositions, and has helped with troubled assets within BPM. She has created a culture within her portfolio of accountability, excellence, and dedicated service.
