We are thrilled to announce that David Atrostic will be promoted to Chief Executive Officer of CCMC in the coming months. David succeeds Todd Davidson, who is retiring after 21 years at CCMC. David joined CCMC in 2020 to lead technology and quickly grew into larger leadership roles, most recently serving as President and COO. With his extensive experience and dedication to community management, David is poised to drive the company forward into a new era of growth and innovation. Todd joined CCMC in 2003 as club director at Estrella in Goodyear, Arizona, and served in various market and leadership roles before becoming CEO in 2020. Please join us in thanking Todd for his steadfast leadership and deep commitment to CCMC, our team, and our clients. We are pleased that Todd will continue to serve on our board of directors and remain engaged and connected to CCMC. Last week I became a grandmother. The day of her birth I worked in the waiting room. I got my job done and my CCMC family supported me. Asked for updates and pictures. That meant a lot to me. I’ve worked jobs in the past in which I would have been made to feel guilty. Constantly calling, emailing me for things they could do themselves. This is the stuff that matters to employees. Not pizza, parties or certificates of appreciation. What matters is support, encouragement and genuine excitement for positive events in your life.
