Reflecting on this past summer, I am extremely grateful for the incredible experience I had as a fellow at Celling Biosciences. During my time, I gained a deep understanding of the medical device industry and contributed directly to the company's growth. One of the key projects my team and I worked on was developing new marketing collateral to address weaknesses in our product sales funnel. Over several weeks, we conducted in-depth research into the medical device sales process, designed impactful marketing materials, and gathered clinical evidence to support our products. These efforts resulted in innovative, functional enhancements for our distributors and sales representatives. I’m deeply grateful to my team and supervisors for making this experience so rewarding. Special thanks to David Wilson for his mentorship and guidance, both in and out of the office. I’d also like to thank C. Parker Pruitt, Blake Silver, and Kevin Dunworth for their support and care for my involvement in all aspects of the company. My time at Celling Biosciences has prepared me to embark on an exciting journey in the biotechnology industry and left me immensely appreciative of the entire Celling team. Thank you all!

We are thrilled to welcome Brad Becker to our team here at Celling Biosciences as our new Vice President of Sales! 📈 Brad joins us from Zimmer Biomet where he thrived as a Strategic Account Director, managing corporate relationships with important regional IDNs across Texas and much of the Southeast. Prior to Zimmer Biomet, he held various Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development roles with Avanos Medical in the pain management space and Globus Medical and DePuy Synthes in the Orthopedic Trauma market. In addition to his 16 years of medical device sales leadership experience, Brad acquired his MBA in 2017 from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Prior to the start of his medical device career, Brad served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2001. Brad’s expertise and leadership will be a true asset to our team as we continue to push boundaries in this industry. Brad resides in New Braunfels, Texas with his wife, Kristin, and three children. When he has free time, Brad enjoys live music, attending sporting events, and traveling. Welcome to the team, Brad! 👏
