Congratulations to Clune’s New York team for winning ENR New York’s Award of Merit in the Interior/Tenant Improvement category! This stunning retail space for Grand Seiko was meticulously coordinated to include a curved stair, wall-to-wall wood paneling, wood flooring, and 12-foot ceilings on the first floor. The lower level was outfitted for private viewing and events, featuring two commercial-style bars, while extensive coordination was required for structural steel, an ADA lift, 15 tons of cooling and new MEP and sprinkler systems. On the road again! Clune’s San Francisco team recently completed another build-out for our national client, Clark Hill, marking our seventh project with the law firm. This 10,000-square-foot space in Denver has been fully transformed on the fifth floor of a nine-story building. The renovation included custom partitions, refreshed finishes and upgraded electrical and data/telecommunications systems. Varley Clothing Inc.’s debut U.S. retail store takes center stage in SoHo, New York, filling a vibrant 4,400-square-foot space. This project showcases refined details, from the herringbone wood flooring to the custom millwork touches such as crown and base moldings, picture rails, millwork doors and owner-provided cabinetry and furniture. The entry doors, fitted with glass inserts, add a welcoming touch. The building’s façade was freshly painted, with close coordination between vendors to perfect the store’s awning and signage, creating a seamless blend of sophistication and SoHo flair. Clune was thrilled to complete this project, adding another beautiful space to our luxury retail portfolio.
