Starting a podcast is a perfectionist's worst nightmare. I've worked with Rachel Elsts Downeyโจ to launch three shows now, and as she has astutely pointed out: "Your first episode will be your worst" Or for a more optimistic approach, it can only get better from here ๐ We love a growth journey, but for anyone with a high-quality bar (especially for themselves), letting go of perfection and trusting the process is hard. ๐ก Reminder to all marketers: Don't let great stand in the way of good ๐ก As we head into Q4 for many, it's okay to ship something good and then make it better over time.
