The renovation of the existing 50,000 sq. ft. and the addition of a 13,000 sq. ft. fourth floor to SUNY New Paltz's Mohonk Hall includes the integration of a new steel framed attic and a sloped metal roof. Recently, the Consigli Construction Co., Inc. team made significant progress on these infrastructure systems as they moved 287 prefabricated cold-formed metal trusses onto the steel-framed attic and sloped metal roof. This followed previous pick days where 69 prefabricated wall panels were lifted into place for the fourth-floor addition. Inside the dorm, renovations continue to reconfigure spaces and install floor, wall and ceiling finishes. Once complete, Mohonk Hall will offer more living to support the growing campus for years to come in addition to Awosting Hall completed by our team in late 2023.#GenuineBuilders

As one of just 14 comprehensive high schools in Massachusetts, many Attleboro High School students are preparing for a career in the trades after post-graduation. Designed for hands-on learning and skills-building, their new, 476,000 sq. ft. school supports 19 career technical education programs such as robotics, carpentry, culinary arts and more. No matter what students decide to do after graduation, this new school building and its state-of-the-art resources can prepare them for it. Hudson Exchange, a 60-story tower included in the multi-phase redevelopment of the sprawling Metro Plaza center, has reshaped the Jersey City skyline. Once complete, the project will include more than 800 residential units, state-of-the-art amenities, parking for cars and bikes and more than 100K sq. ft. of retail space. Additionally, Hudson Exchange will deliver publicly accessible open space, including plazas and a dog park, to the community. To support increased undergraduate enrollment within its larger expansion master plan, Fairfield University called for the fast-track, 12-month construction of a 30,000 sq. ft., three-story new building adjacent to their existing Faber Hall residence. Our project team and self-perform experts planned and executed an exterior wall system pre-fabrication approach to accelerate the project schedule, minimize on-campus activity and enhance site safety.
