CranioSense is a clinical stage startup on a mission to unlock the hidden parameters of brain health by enabling on demand neurological insight and treatment across the neurological care spectrum. IPASS (Intracranial Pressure Assessment and Screening System) is the first product that we are bringing to the market to realize that mission, a noninvasive medical device for initial diagnosis and continuous monitoring of intracranial hypertension, the point at which ICP becomes clinically unacceptable.

We scored an afternoon slot on Wednesday April 3rd to pitch CranioSense to an impressive (both in accolades and in length of the list) panel of judges during MedTech Innovator's East Coast Pitch Event. An opportunity to be a part of a world class organization like Medtech Innovator does not come easy nor often and Kristian DiMatteo and I plan to make the absolute most of it #Innovation #Devices #Neuro #Startup
Neuro is hot and CranioSense is right in the thick of it, focused on providing more efficient and accurate diagnosis and monitoring for those at risk of elevated brain pressure. Today, Joshua Colls presented on behalf of CranioSense at the Neurotrauma Assessment, Diagnosis, and Monitoring State of Technology event in DC hosted by our friends at Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) and if you missed it, you missed out! Thank you to Josh for sharing recent CranioSense traction with the neurotrauma community and to the community as a whole for supporting innovation. Also, a huge shout out to Moberg Analytics for highlighting the need for future proofed clinical guidelines that support bringing the best solutions to patients as efficiently as possible.

Not only was it encouraging to listen to the speakers discuss ways that our healthcare system can embrace #valuebasedcare to all of our benefits, but it also marks a #FIRST for CranioSense: our #AlphaPrototype left the bench and entered the real world!! and Ryan Myers demoed our non-invasive intracranial hypertension monitoring device to a community focused on a wholostic approach to human health. Monitoring #ICP, not where our buildings are, but where our patients are is imperative to brining intracranial hypertension into the light and democratizing neurological care. This marks a huge step in that direction. Thank you MassChallenge and to all of the participants in the event for the opportunity to share our long term vision for #neurologicalhealth.
