We are thrilled to announce the latest property impact story on Parkway Village at Kapolei Lot 6 and Lot 7, in collaboration with developers Kobayashi Group, LLC and Ahe Group. This development not only provides a safe living space for Hawaii residents but also educational and care opportunities, including a preschool/daycare and after-school care within 2,638 square feet of commercial space. The focus on early education at Lots 6 and 7 aims to pave the way for brighter futures. Exciting milestone yesterday with the ribbon cutting of Park's Edge! Park's Edge is the first phase of our mixed-use, mixed-income master development. This phase includes 208 units comprised of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units that serve individuals and families between 50% and 60% AMI.
