This development, led by the Englewood Community Development Corporation and Horizon House, aims to provide vital housing and resources for our community. Ekos Allegro is a testament to the power of public-private partnerships and the transformative impact of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. With 160 hurricane-proof homes, we’re bringing stability and dignity to those who have given so much for our country, like Vietnam War veteran Daniel Mullins, who now has a place to call home. Big October Impact! We’re excited to share that last month, we teamed up with incredible developers to close properties in Georgia, Wisconsin and Hawaii bringing 477 new affordable homes to families and seniors across these communities! Together, these projects represent $79.8MM in equity closed and will create 596 local jobs. None of this would be possible without our amazing partners. Shoutout to ‘Ikenākea Development, KG Development Group and Redwood Housing for their partnerships with us and for our shared commitment to expanding affordable housing nationwide.
